Financial Literacy

Yashwantrao Chavan Center through Yashaswini Samajik Abhiyan and other initiatives is working for women empowerment. As a part of this, we have launched a financial literacy drive for women which guides them on how to plan their finances and save money. Mobile Vans are deputed in villages to provide basic information about banking to women including how to open an account, deposit and withdraw money along with how to apply for loans. Yashwantrao Chavan Center is also creating a booklet with lessons for financial literacy for school-going kids.
